Tess Hermann

Tess Hermann is an Austrian actress based in Vienna and London.
In 2018 she completed her training in Vienna with the Stage Readiness Examination at the Josefstadt Theater Vienna.
She began her international career with a master's degree in International Theater Practice and Performance at Rose Bruford College in London which took her from the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Connecticut to the Arthaus Berlin and into the London theater and film scene.
In addition she completed her Screen Acting Masterclass at Actors Studiobased at Pinewood Studios, UK.
She recently starred in The Duchess of Malfi  by John Webster as the leading role. Her first self produced shortfilm with the Vulpecula Collective Questioning the window has been selected for multiple FilmFestivals (MADFA, INDIEX, TINFF, Blow-Up Arthouse, VIFA) and won Best Direction at the Experimental, Dance and Music Festival, in Toronto. As well as Best Shortfilm at the WILDsound Festival.
