Tanja Watoro completed her acting, dance and singing training at the Berliner Schule für Bühnenkunst.
With her one-person play “Stars without Sky” (by/with Tanja Watoro) she receives invitations to Chile, Argentina, Germany and Austria.
From 2006-2013 she lived and worked with the renowned international theater group "Teatro de los Andes" in Bolivia. With the ensemble she interprets, among other things, the role of Penélope in the “Odyssey” at various well-known international theater festivals in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Ecuador and New Zealand, which also include directors such as Robert Wilson, Frank Castorf and Peter Brook come.
After her engagement in Bolivia, she worked, among other things, at the theatre “Ton und Kirschen”.
She is currently engaged as an actress and singer at the ATZE Music Theater in Berlin. In the pieces she also plays charango, accordion, keyboard and clarinet.
She also plays as freelance-actress a.o. at the Deutsches Theater, TD (Theaterdiscounter) Berlin and Theaterforum Kreuzberg.
