Marlene Del Bello

Born and raised in Vienna with Italian roots, I’ve always been drawn to what can be read on a face—emotion, tension, truth. That fascination led me from portraiture to acting, and later to both sides of the camera. I began at the Junge Burg ensemble of the Burgtheater Vienna before training at Drama Centre London, where I graduated with my debut short film.
Directing has sharpened my understanding of performance and storytelling, while acting remains the core of my creative work. Now based between Vienna and London, I continue to develop projects across film, theatre, and visual art.
