Fanny Kienberger

Fanny Kienberger (she/her) is an actress, writer and stage manager based in Vienna and NYC. As a performer, her work moves between theatre and film, and when writing, her short stories and plays borrow the styles of absurdist writers. Fanny began acting in Dublin, where she attended a summer program at The Lir. She then continued her training at The Filmschool Vienna, Vienna’s Shakespeare and singing lessons with Catrina Poor while graduating from th High School MODUL and earning her Diploma in Hotel-Management and Tourism-Marketing. Furthering her acting education at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in NYC, she not only performed in various short films and stage productions, but also worked as an assistant stage manager and production assistant, as well as the production coordinator and personal assistant at the Chelsea Film Festival. Beyond her professional pursuits, Fanny maintains a balanced lifestyle. She practices yoga regularly, indulges in her talent for celebrity impressions, and keeps her mind sharp by solving a minimum of three Sudokus a day. Now, Fanny is back in her hometown Vienna and continues to persue her passion for acting and behind-the-scenes work. She is currently seeking representation to further her career.
