Growing up in a family deeply connected to art has provided me with the advantage of delving into acting professionally at the age of nine. By successfully passing the audition for the "Children's Education Unit" of Istanbul City Theatres, I began my journey in the world of acting. Currently, in Germany where I came for engineering degree, I am pursuing studies in Theatre and Musical Education. Despite receiving a Western education, I am well-versed in both Eastern and Western art, much like the city where I was born, Istanbul. Although my education has been predominantly Western, I grew up listening to Turkish Art Music from my mother and classical piano from my father. Throughout my life, I have lived in cities such as Istanbul, Vienna, and Aachen, and I have extensively traveled in Europe. Besides the fact that acting is an ancient and venerable profession, I chose this career for its ability to engage people in philosophy and contribute to a society that benefits from this art form. I am excited to be on this platform to participate in new projects and workshops, and I look forward to it!
