Alexandra Farkic

Hello! I'm Alexandra - dancer, singer and actress from Hamburg. My mum claims that I sang before I spoke. Who knows... but it's for sure that I started speaking unusually early, bugged my mother at the age of four and a bit so long until she let me start playing the violine by the age of 6. I accompanied my older sister to Ballet class and was hooked. She cancelled, I kept going. Dancing started to take over my teenage life. I tried Jazz, Modern Jazz, Contemporary and even a bit of Tap. I went to classes almost every day during high school until a French Production Company saw me in one of the Jazz classes I attended at Ku'damm at the age of 16. About a month later I was part of an international Pop Group, recorded an Album in Paris, appeared on Radio and in TV Shows in France and Europe, shot a music video on the streets of Paris choreographed by Grace Jone's Choreographer (I didn't even know who that was back then), and told my class mates at school I had to attend to some family issues to explain my recurring weekly absences. The fame of this group subsided after 2 years but my passion for dancing and singing just grew stronger. However - also due to my upbringing I took quite a few detours until I finally started my career on the beautiful stage of the Ronacher Theatre in Vienna in 2008. SInce then I have been blessed to make a living out of singing, acting and dancing as well as some screen work and I still love every bit of it.
