Alessija Lause

Daughter of a Croatian mother and a German father, Alessija was born in Germany, grew up in both countries and calls both countries her home. 
She has been part of numerous feature, TV films and series, such as for example the Netflix series 'KLEO' (D: Viviane Andereggen & Jano Ben Chaabane), "BLANK" (D: Sarah Blaßkiewitz), "Polizeiruf 110 - 10 Rosen" (D: Torsten C. Fischer), "Summer After Graduation" (D: Eoin Moore), "Tatort - Bombengeschäft", (D: Thomas Stiller), "Tatort - Das goldene Band" (D: Franics Meletzky), "The Team" (D: Kasper Gaardsøe), "Blaumacher" (D. Pia Strietmann), "Polizeiruf 110 - Stillschweigen" (D: Eoin Moore), as well as international theatre productions. She was cast member of the Argentinean theatre company "De La Guarda" and the Japanese Butoh-Company "Katsura Kahn & Saltimbanques". 
In 2011 Alessija was awarded as Best Actress at "The Stage Awards for Acting Excellence" at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for her interpretation of Roberta in DANNY AND THE DEEP BLUE SEA by John Patrick Shanley (D: Andreas Schmidt), which she produced herself. 
From 2006-2013 she also worked as stuntwoman for films like "Hanna" as double for Cate Blanchett, "Unknown" as double for Diane Kruger, "Inglourious Basterds", "The International", "The Baader Meinhof Complex", "Pope Joan", "DON 2", "The Voices".
